Institutional 13F holdings for one manager with quarter-over-quarter changes: new positions, full exits, increases and decreases, joined on CUSIP because issuer names change between quarters and are not a safe join key. Resolves managers by name as well as ticker, and reports a 13F-NT notice as a notice instead of an empty portfolio.
