Interest over time for any topic, from Wikipedia pageviews (a free, official Google-Trends-like signal). Resolves free text to the right Wikipedia article, returns a daily series normalized 0-100, % change (7d and half-window), trend direction (rising/falling/stable/spiking), peak and robust spike detection. Use when an agent needs to know whether public attention on a topic, brand, person, product or event is growing.
