Returns event logs from Ethereum mainnet for a given contract address, optional topic0, and block range (default last 10 blocks, max 100). Up to 200 entries, truncated if more. Verified live: 5 blocks of USDT Transfer logs = 478 entries. Query: address (contract, 0x + 40 hex), topic0 (optional event signature hash, 0x + 64 hex), blocks (optional, last N blocks, 1-100 (default 10)).
