Report text reuse conflicts between a base locale and its translations, in both directions. One source string translated several ways makes the interface say the same thing in different words in different places. Several source strings translated identically removes a distinction the product makes in one language and not the other. Neither is visible key by key, which is why this is a property of a pair of files. Comparison folds case and trims whitespace by default.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
