Latvian company legal events from the official Uzņēmumu reģistrs open data (CC0, daily photo): liquidations and activity terminations (incl. by court or tax authority), mergers, acquisitions, divisions and transformations with the other company's number, VID activity suspensions, securing measures (prohibitions, liens, attachments) with the registering institution. Closed-list types plus source code and wording. A registered company with no event gets aucun_evenement: true. 11-digit number.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
