Transcript (captions) of a public YouTube video from YouTube caption tracks: title, channel, length, available caption languages, and the chosen track as timed segments (start and duration in seconds, text) plus the joined full text. Prefers human captions over auto-generated ones. Videos without captions return an empty segment list; private or removed videos return 404. YouTube bot-checks some requests: those return 503 (not charged), retry.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
