Foreign investors' net purchases (Treasury TIC), primary dealers' 13 week change in positions (New York Fed) and speculators' 10Y note futures position (CFTC), each against its own history; the Fed's Treasury holdings, debt held by the public, the largest foreign holders and the next reports. Treasury holder data for fixed income research agents. A paid call serves today or any ?date= on record.
