Says whether cold outreach - cold email, phone, SMS or postal mail - is allowed, conditional or prohibited in a given country, with the legal basis (GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, Spam Act, POPIA and national equivalents) and the conditions that must hold. Covers DE, AT, CH, GB, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA. A country that is not covered is refused before the paywall. A risk map with citations, not legal advice.
