Checks a website imprint (Impressum, legal notice) in caller-supplied HTML against the eight groups of mandatory disclosures in ยง 5 DDG, the German imprint statute: name/address/representation, contact incl. e-mail, supervisory authority, commercial register, professional details, VAT ID, wind-up, audiovisual services. Conditional duties the HTML cannot decide come back as unknown, never as a defect. Finding with citation, not legal advice.
