SEC filing events across companies, newest first, within about a minute of EDGAR: 8-K items (results, material agreements, acquisitions, officer and director changes, Regulation FD and more), Form 4 insider transactions (insider, role, code, shares, price, holdings after) and Schedule 13D and 13G stakes. Each event names its form, filing date, acceptance time, accession number, SEC link, CIK and ticker. Cursor paging; the free head route says how many are new.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
