Christenson 2006 Vancouver Chest Pain Rule. early_discharge_eligible is true when the initial ECG is not abnormal, 2-hour troponin is not elevated, there is no prior ACS or nitrate use, and either palpation reproduces pain or age is under 40 without radiation to neck, arm, or jaw. Age 40 is not the age-history path. magent does not interpret ECGs or assay troponin. Not the 2014 age-50 variant. Not a medical device and not a discharge order.
