Schwab and England ADL (1969): caller-assigned integer 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 (completely independent; independent with some slowness; independent in most chores; not completely independent; some dependency; more dependent; very dependent; few chores with effort; nothing alone; totally dependent; vegetative). Returns score, max 100, and a stable label. 0% vegetative is scored. Not Hoehn and Yahr and not Karnofsky. magent does not observe the patient. Not a medical device.
