España 2006 SCAP

España 2006 SCAP. Eight caller-assigned flags: two major (arterial pH <7.30, SBP <90 mm Hg) and six minor (RR >30, altered mental status, BUN >30 mg/dL, hypoxemia as PaO2 <54 mm Hg or PaO2/FiO2 <250, age ≥80, multilobar or bilateral). Severe if 1 major or ≥2 minor. One point per true predictor (max 8). Not a diagnosis, not an ICU-admission order, not CURB-65, not PSI/PORT, not SMART-COP.
