Reed 2010 ROSE (BRACES) for ED syncope: BNP ≥300 pg/mL, heart rate ≤50, fecal occult blood, hemoglobin ≤90 g/L, chest pain associated with syncope, Q wave not in lead III, and room-air SpO2 ≤94%. Each present criterion is 1 point (score 0-7). High-risk if any item is present. Caller assigns labs, vitals, FOB, chest pain, and the Q-wave flag. Not a medical device or disposition protocol; magent does not measure BNP, hemoglobin, or SpO2, and does not read an ECG.
