Aziz 2016 Rome IV reflux hypersensitivity. rome_iv_reflux_hypersensitivity is true iff retrosternal heartburn or chest pain, normal endoscopy without EoE, no motor disorder, reflux-triggered despite normal acid, 3- and 6-month timing.
