RIFLE 2004 (Bellomo Fig. 1) class from baseline and current creatinine in mg/dL and a caller-assigned urine-output category. Class is the worse of the two limbs; persistent ARF >4 weeks is Loss and >3 months is ESRD. magent does not assay creatinine, measure urine, or estimate baseline with MDRD.
