Vertesi 2003 RASP multiplies exclusive source (A), inoculum type (B), and transmission (C) to Z, then total_risk = (1/Z) × volume (D). Table 2: <1/1000 definitely indicated; 1/1000–1/10 000 recommended but optional; 1/10 001–1/100 000 optional but not recommended; >1/100 000 not indicated. Average Canadian community prevalence is baked into the scores. Caller-assigned tokens. Not a PEP order. magent does not interpret the source patient.
