Pediatric Trauma Score from Tepas 1987: six caller-assigned items (weight, airway, systolic BP, CNS, skeletal, wound), each +2 / +1 / −1, total −6 to +12 (higher is better). Returns score_le_8 because scores ≤8 were associated with significant mortality and trauma-center care. Deterministic published arithmetic with citation; not ISS or RTS; not a triage order. magent does not examine the child.
