Qureshi 1998 pediatric asthma score: five caller-assigned 1-3 domains — respiratory_rate (Table 1 age-banded ordinal, not raw breaths/min), oxygen_saturation, auscultation, retractions, and dyspnea. magent sums only (5-15) and returns Table 1 asthma_band mild 5-7, moderate 8-11, or severe 12-15. magent does not count breaths, measure SpO2, auscultate, or grade work of breathing.
