Caller assigns that counting episodes had fever >38.3 C, cervical adenopathy, tonsillar exudate, or group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus culture. magent does not examine the patient or count episodes. Not a tonsillectomy order. Not AAO-HNS 2019.
