CXR indicated if any of: age ≥65 years, history of congestive heart failure, history of alcohol abuse, decreased breath sounds, fever, or tachypnea. Does not include hypoxia, rales, hemoptysis, tuberculosis, or thromboembolic disease (removed in 2014). Not the 2018 prospective refinement.
