Non-acetaminophen: PT >100 s, or any 3 of age <11 or >40, unfavorable etiology (non-A non-B or drug reaction), jaundice-to-encephalopathy >7 days, bilirubin >300 umol/L, PT >50 s. PT seconds, not INR. Not a transplant listing order.
