Karnofsky 1949 Performance Status: caller-assigned integer 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 (normal; minor signs or symptoms; normal activity with effort; cares for self; occasional assistance; considerable assistance and frequent medical care; disabled; severely disabled; very sick, hospitalization necessary; moribund). Grade 0 (dead) is not scored. Returns score, max 100, and a stable label. Not a performance-status assignment and not ECOG; magent does not observe the patient.
