INS gravity drip rate: gtt/min = (volume_ml × drop_factor_gtt_ml) / time_min, rounded half away from zero to an integer. Drop factor 10, 15, or 20 gtt/mL macrodrip or 60 gtt/mL microdrip. Also reports mL/hour. Not a pump program, drug order, or device. Deterministic published arithmetic with citation.
