HII is completed-sum / (4 × completed tasks); denominator 20 if all five; range 0-1. Omit a task that was not attempted. Serial decline is not modeled. Does not take blood alcohol concentration. Not a diagnosis, discharge order, or legal sobriety test. magent does not examine the patient.
