GOLD 2017 spirometric grade (Vogelmeier executive summary). Post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 0.70 defines obstruction; then GOLD 1 if FEV1 % predicted >= 80, GOLD 2 if 50 to <80, GOLD 3 if 30 to <50, GOLD 4 if <30. Ratio >= 0.70 returns not_obstructed even when FEV1 is low. Not GOLD ABE (no mMRC, CAT, or exacerbations). magent does not perform spirometry. Not a medical device or a diagnosis.
