GELF criteria (Brice 1997)

GELF criteria (Brice 1997). High tumor burden in follicular lymphoma if any of eight caller-assigned items: mass >7 cm; ≥3 nodes each >3 cm; B symptoms; spleen below umbilicus; compression; serous effusion; leukemic phase; cytopenia. Any yes is high_burden. Not a treatment order, not FLIPI, not IPI, not modified GELF. magent does not measure nodes, spleen, counts, or effusions.
