Volume <30 mL scores 4, 30-60 scores 2, >60 scores 0; age <70 scores 2, 70-79 scores 1, >=80 scores 0; lobar 2, deep 1, infratentorial 0; GCS >=9 scores 2, <=8 scores 0; cognitive impairment absent scores 1. Companion to the Hemphill ICH Score, not a replacement. Not a diagnosis or withdrawal-of-care protocol. magent does not read CT.
