Bergstrom 1987 Braden Scale: six caller-assigned subscales — sensory_perception, moisture, activity, mobility, nutrition (each 1-4) and friction_shear (1-3). magent sums only (range 6-23; lower is higher pressure-sore risk) and returns at_risk true iff score ≤16, the only cutoff in that paper's predictive-validity studies. magent does not examine the patient.
