BeAM (bedtime minus pre-breakfast glucose) in mg/dL from Zisman 2016. Provide bedtime_glucose_mg_dl or bedtime_glucose_mmol_l independently of AM, and am_glucose_mg_dl or am_glucose_mmol_l. mmol/L converts as mg/dL = mmol/L × 18. Returns beam_mg_dl (1 decimal) and the published analysis band (<0, 0-50, >50). 0 and 50 are 0-50. Does not use a 45 or 55 cutoff, order prandial insulin, or diagnose diabetes.
