ACR/EULAR 2015 gout classification (Neogi). MSU crystals classify without score ≥8; else score ≥8 (max 23). Pattern 0/1/2, characteristics 0–3, time course 0/1/2, tophus 4, urate −4 to 4, MSU-negative −2, imaging 4+4. Not a diagnosis. Not Janssens 2010. magent does not examine joints or polarizing microscopy.
