Use when an agent wants a check before paying a larger x402 amount: the same allow, warn or block verdict with coded reasons as Lumi Trades' free trust check, plus a live re-check of the seller at call time and a signed receipt bound to the stated amount. Priced as a small share of the stated amount, with a floor and a cap. Built from the CDP Bazaar catalog, unpaid 402-quote checks and on-chain test purchases. Paying never changes a verdict or score. Observations, not a guarantee.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
