Zoning district + overlays for an address. For 'what is the zoning', 'is this parcel being rezoned', 'zoning changes near an address'. Returns the official district/overlays from wired municipal/county layers. Zoning matters most as a CHANGE (rezonings, zoning bills) and vs NEIGHBORS; pair with development cases, legislation, capital projects, transfers. Not a buildability, variance, entitlement, or value ruling. Charge-free when out of coverage.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
