Combines structured official datasets (development/permit/capital cases, keyword-filtered) with an official-source web-search backup over agendas, GIS, utility/water, and ordinance records, plus representative contacts. Every record cites a source URL; news/social are unverified leads. Awareness only; a miss returns a free charge-suppressed diagnostic. npx @velinussage/locus-agent-skill add.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
