Crexi commercial real estate listings (for sale and auction) from the JSON search the crexi.com site uses: listing ID, name, short description, property types, status (On-Market, Auction...), asking price (null when unpriced), square footage, brokerage, address with county and coordinates, listed/updated dates, offers-due date and URL, plus the total match count. Filter by US state, property type and keyword. Leases are not included.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
