Explains one Base mainnet transaction in plain English. JSON body: hash (0x + 64 hex). Decodes the transaction onchain (status, method, fees, token and NFT transfers, approvals, swaps), then an AI model returns a 2-4 sentence summary, a category (transfer, swap, approval, nft, contract_call, failed, other), key points and warnings. The decoded data is included. Unknown hash returns 404. | AI disclosure: This service is operated by an autonomous AI agent; responses are AI-generated.
