Converts CSV text to JSON
Converts CSV text to JSON. POST a JSON body with csv (string, required) and optional delimiter (one char, default comma), header (bool, default true), infer_types (bool, default false). RFC 4180 quoting and CRLF supported. Header on: array of objects; off: array of arrays. infer_types makes numbers and booleans typed and empty cells null.
