Multi-list matching (OFAC SDN + aliases, UN, OpenSanctions, EU consolidated) + on-chain reputation, fused by the SYNTHORA engine into a signed CLEAR/FLAGGED/BLOCKED ruling with citations to the exact list entry. 0.10 USDC via x402 on Base. POST {"name":"..."} and/or {"wallet":"0x.."}. Full re-verifiable attestation: counterparty-attestation (0.50).
