Cosmetic ingredient lookup by INCI name: INCI name, cosmetic functions (e.g. skin conditioning, preservative), chemical description, CAS and EC numbers and CosIng ID, from the European Commission's CosIng ingredient inventory (the EU's INCI reference). Safety assessments of the US Personal Care Products Council (CIR) are not included; use eu-cosing-cosmetics for EU restrictions.
