Spread of published self-pay (cash) prices for a named service across doctor's offices in a state, around a place or nationwide: lowest, median, quartiles and highest of each practice's lowest exact price, with the number of practices and a split by practice model. Medians need 5 practices and quartiles 10. These are posted prices, not what patients paid. Confirm with the practice before booking.
