Published self-pay (cash) prices for a named service at doctor's offices near a place, such as a sports physical, DOT physical, office visit, lab test, EKG, vaccine or weight-loss program, cheapest first, with unit, audience and starts-at or range labels. Can also list practices that publish long price lists. One result per practice. Prices are published by the practice; confirm before booking.
