Bookkeeping statement for an AI agent's own spending: reads every USDC payment of a wallet from Base, converts each to EUR at the ECB rate of the payment date, groups by payee, adds the VAT treatment (reverse charge, Art. 44/196) and returns a bookkeeping-ready statement plus CSV export. Agent micro-payments become auditable.
