Give a stock ticker (AAPL) or CIK and get the most recent EDGAR filing of each requested form — by default the latest 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K — with filing and report dates and a direct sec.gov link to each primary document. Request other forms (4, SCHEDULE 13G) and you get the newest one filed about the company. Requested forms with no recent filing are named in forms_not_found, never dropped. Use when: What is Apple's latest 8-K, and where is the document?
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
