Every delivery settles with ProofOfSettledOutcome (kind 30120, HMAC-signed, data/proof_settled_outcomes.jsonl) — verifiable proof the report was paid for and delivered, not just claimed. Broader scope than any single oracle.* SKU below; narrower and cheaper than security.massat-audit's compliance-grade evidence.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
