Brazil ANVISA registered medicines (official open-data file): search by product name, active ingredient or registration number. Returns product, active ingredient, regulatory category (Novo, Genérico, Similar...), registration number and expiry, process number, therapeutic class, holder company with CNPJ, and status (Ativo/Inativo). Source file is updated weekly; the first call after a cache refresh can take ~20 s.
