Smart contract risk check (Base, Arc): can the owner mint, pause, blacklist, change fees or upgrade the code? What can the people behind this contract do to holders? Pass ?chain=base|arc&address=0x... and we read its bytecode on chain (and the code behind a proxy): mint, pause, blacklist, change fees or taxes, cap wallets, switch trading off, upgrade the code. Plus proxy type, who owns it now (renounced or a live wallet or contract) and basic token data.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
