Every signed x402-style payment on Arc since launch, read from the chain (plain USDC transfers carry no marker of what they paid for and are not counted): each EIP-3009 authorization spent on Arc USDC (AuthorizationUsed on 0x3600..., joined to the transfer it moved, in either of the two forms Arc logs it) and every Circle Gateway batch (net flows per address, decoded from submitBatch).
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
