Our server reads the wallet's UBI balance on Arc just now and prices it against the USDC waiting in ubi.fun's holder payout contract (read every 15 minutes): the estimated share of the next payout, when the next payout list becomes valid and when it was fixed (UBI bought after that counts from the list after it).
