What it really costs to bring USDC into Arc over Circle CCTP, measured from arrivals rather than quoted. Every arrival we hold with its recipient, the amount credited, the fee CCTP took and the transaction, plus observed fees grouped by transfer size. Read from MintAndWithdraw on TokenMessengerV2 0x28b5a0e9C621a5BadaA536219b3a228C8168cf5d, whose event signature we verified by hashing it rather than assuming it, and filtered to the USDC contract on every single log.
