Price ladder for Hyperliquid HIP-4 'above $X' price-binary markets: same-underlying outcomes sorted by strike, each with its live Yes probability. Reuses hip4-snapshot's cached data - no new upstream call. No volume field (Hyperliquid doesn't expose one for HIP-4). Required `underlying` (e.g. BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE); optional `limit` (max 500). Paid in USDC on Base.
